प्रभारी सचिव ने केदार घाटी में क्षतिग्रस्त मोटर मार्गों का किया निरीक्षण
रुद्रप्रयाग। चारधाम यात्रा सचिव डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार ने केदारघाटी में अतिवृष्टि के बाद चल रहे कार्यों का संबंधित अधिकारियों के साथ स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने रुद्रप्रयाग-गौरीकुंड राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के किमी 72 से 75 तक पैदल भ्रमण कर अधिकारियों को कार्य में तीव्रता लाने के निर्देश दिए।
निरीक्षण के दौरान जनपद के प्रभारी सचिव ने लोनिवि के एनएच डिवीजन व सिंचाई विभाग के द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों का मौका मुआयना किया। उन्होंने कहा कि क्षतिग्रस्त मार्ग के सुदृढ़ीकरण करने के लिए लोक निर्माण विभाग की पूरी टीम राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के किमी 72 से क्षतिग्रस्त मार्ग को दुरुस्त करने हेतु तैनात है। इसके साथ ही अंतिम क्षतिग्रस्त मार्ग के किमी 75 तक भी उनके द्वारा निरीक्षण किया गया। जहां पर जेसीबी मशीन कार्य कर रही हैं। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को त्वरित गति से कार्य पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य ऐसे स्थानों को भी चिन्हित किया गया है जहां भविष्य में भूस्खलन की संभावना से मार्ग क्षतिग्रस्त होने की अधिक संभावनाएं हैं।
इस दौरान राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के अधिकारियों द्वारा जनपद के प्रभारी सचिव को अवगत कराया गया कि ऐसे चिन्हित किए गए मार्गों के सुदृढ़ीकरण हेतु टीएचडीसी को प्रस्ताव उपलब्ध कराया गया है। इस पर जनपद के प्रभारी सचिव ने उपलब्ध कराए गए प्रस्ताव में अति संवेदनशील स्थानों को भी शामिल करने के निर्देश दिए।
सिंचाई खंड द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों में सोनप्रयाग में सोन नदी के दोनों ओर चल रहे कार्यों का निरीक्षण करने के बाद उन्होंने बताया कि सोन नदी की बायीं ओर का कार्य एक से दो दिनों में प्रारंभ करवा दिया जाएगा। वहीं इस नदी की दायीं ओर का कार्य तत्काल शुरू करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दे दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि इसके साथ-साथ सीतापुर पार्किंग वाले क्षेत्र का भी निरीक्षण किया जा रहा है। इसके बाद जिला प्रशासन व पुलिस प्रशासन के साथ भी विस्तार पूर्वक विचार-विमर्श किया जाएगा तथा शासन स्तर से जिला प्रशासन को दी जाने वाली हर आवश्यक मदद के लिए शासन को अवगत करा दिया जाएगा।
इस अवसर पर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, लोनिवि, सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों सहित उप जिलाधिकारी ऊखीमठ अनिल कुमार शुक्ला आदि मौजूद रहे।
